Cerulean Research was founded in Spring of 2021 to help network device vendors and their customers to create smoothly-operating and efficiently-managed large-scale networks. A virtual-company, the Cerulean Research team is distributed between Silicon Valley California and Idaho, headquartered in Idaho Falls. The team boasts a combined half-century of networking expertise with industry leading companies such as Cisco Systems, Futurwei and Verizon.
